System Upgrades and Enhancements
CapitalMark will integrate new upgrades and enhancements to its Online Banking and Cash Management systems effective Monday, February 13th, 2012. The most notable improvements include smarter technology, more robust capabilities and added security features. We feel confident that you will appreciate these product upgrades.
Important: Actions WILL be required for all Cash Management and Online Banking users. Please watch your mail, email and this website for more information to come that will assist you in integrating these upgrades.
Cash Management UsersIMPORTANT: CapitalMark Cash Management will be temporarily unavailable from Friday, February 10th at 2pm EST until Monday, February 13th by 10am EST. Any recurring or prescheduled payments or transfers will process normally.
ACTION REQUIRED: If you are the primary owner of a business account, you will need to re-register your Cash Management account. If you are the primary owner of the Business account, but do not typically utilize the online Cash Management system, we recommend that you add secondary users to whom you can assign admin permissions. To preregister your Cash Management account before the system upgrade is effective, click here: https://capitalmark.ebanking-services.com. Preregistering gives you the opportunity to verify account information, wire and ACH templates and add secondary users in advance of the system upgrade.

ACTION REQUIRED: To log in to your Online Banking account for the first time after the upgrade, you will use your existing username and a temporary password. If you are unsure of your temporary password, please contact your Banker Team at (423) 756-7878 or refer to the letter you received in the mail. Quicken and Quickbook UsersIf you try to update your CapitalMark accounts through the Quicken or Quickbooks application, you will receive a message informing you that additional steps must be taken to continue to download your transactions. PLEASE NOTE - you can still download transactions without taking additional steps until February 10th at 2pm EST, at which time our Personal and Business Online Banking will be temporarily unavailable for upgrades. Instructions regarding any necessary actions on your part will be posted here prior to February 10th. Until then, exit out the message you receive and continue to download your transactions as normal.
