Keith joined CapitalMark in August 2011 setting the stage for the bank’s expansion into the attractive Cleveland market. After serving 18-years with a regional bank, Keith was attracted to CapitalMark by “its compelling model, conservative management and determined focus on serving clients well.” Keith believes Cleveland clients will be well-served by an institution that was founded on providing local, responsive decisions as solutions to client banking needs. What he most enjoys? Working with a high-caliber team in Pam and John and receiving referrals from satisfied clients.
John joined CapitalMark in August 2011, motivated by an entrepreneurial spirit to launch a new banking office and confident that his longtime colleagues Keith and Pam were the perfect team-mates for the job. John began his banking career in 1991 and has an array of experience ranging from commercial lending to trust and wealth services. John has a CFP and is a graduate of Southern Trust School. He enjoys being a sounding board for clients and their projects and feels he is at his best in customizing creative solutions to unique client needs.
Pam joined CapitalMark in August 2011, inspired by Keith’s leadership and vision for a new kind of bank in Cleveland. Pam began her banking career in 1988 and has experience in a variety of roles spanning private banking, mortgage lending and branch management. She especially enjoys working with professional offices assisting the business manager while facilitating everything-banking for the principals, employees and their families. Pam worked with Keith and John for many years before joining CapitalMark and couldn’t imagine being part of a better team in launching a new office.
Joyce, a veteran of the banking industry, has worked in nearly every department in the span of her career. She even helped launch and oversee a mortgage loan department. Her specialty, however, is commercial loans - an area in which she greatly enjoys both the details and challenges involved in helping put the all the pieces together to give clients what they need. What Joyce likes best about the CapitalMark team is the ease in which they work together for the good of their clients. When not helping her teammates create customized solutions for clients, you can find Joyce traveling or arranging flowers!
Kym has been in the banking industry for 12 years and has experience in all areas of banking.
